WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission instituted a review investigation to determine if revoking the antidumping duty order on fresh tomatoes from Mexico would likely lead to continued or recurring material injury to the U.S. industry.
This "changed circumstances" review follows a request filed on May 9, 2025, by the Bioparques Group, which argued that significant shifts in the market have occurred since the last major review in 2019.
