WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on a resolution (H.J.Res. 140) on the congressional disapproval of a rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to the withdrawal of Cook, Lake and Saint Louis Counties, Minnesota, from the National Forest System.
