WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a final to establish Class E airspace over Washburn Municipal Airport, North Dakota. The decision follows the development of public instrument procedures intended to support instrument flight rule operations in the region.
