WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission announced the receipt of a phased construction permit application from SMR LLC. The application seeks approval for a dual-unit small modular reactor plant, known as the SMR-300, to be located at the Palisades Energy Center, Covert, Michigan.
