WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a notice of proposed rulemaking targeting Honda Aircraft Co. LLC, Greensboro, North Carolina, HA-420 airplanes. The proposal aims to address an unsafe condition involving physical tool damage to the interior fuselage skin, which could lead to structural cracks and a sudden loss of cabin pressurization.
