WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives amended its regulations to update the definition of an "unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance." This change affects the category of persons prohibited from possessing firearms under federal law.
