WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- United Nations Security Council President Abukar Dahir Osman (Somalia) issued a statement from New York condemning the terrorist attack at a restaurant in Kabul, Afghanistan, that killed seven people. Representing the members of the Security Council, Osman emphasized the need to hold perpetrators and financiers of the assault accountable for the violence claimed by ISIL-K.
