WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 (TNSFR) -- The Small Business Administration has announced the termination of the Small Business Investment Co. (SBIC) license previously held by Pelion Ventures V Financial Institutions Fund L.P.
According to a federal filing released this week, the SBA exercised its authority under Section 309 of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 and specific provisions within the Code of Federal Regulations to declare License No. 08/08-0175 null and void.
