ITC Launches Patent Infringement Probe Into Mobile Phones, Tablet Computers

WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission announced that it has instituted an investigation into the importation of certain wireless communication devices and components. The probe follows a December 16, 2025, complaint from Active Wireless Technologies LLC, Marshall, Texas, which alleges several major technology firms are infringing on six of its patents.
