WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (TNSFR) -- The University of California Riverside campus intends to repatriate three sacred abalone shells to seven culturally affiliated Native American tribes. The U.S. Department of the Interior National Park Service issued the notice following requirements of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act regarding items used for teaching in the university's anthropology department.
