WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a final decision to allow Republic Industrial and Energy Solutions LLC (RIES), Romulus, Michigan, to continue underground injection of hazardous waste. The action grants an exemption from land disposal restrictions for two Class I injection wells, identified as #1-12 and #2-12.
