WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (TNSFR) -- The Kansas State Historical Society, Topeka, intends to return three sacred cultural items to the Modoc Nation. This action follows the requirements of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act, which facilitates the return of human remains and ceremonial objects to Indigenous peoples.
