WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is reviewing an application from Rhineland Bancshares Inc., Missouri, to expand its operations through a merger with Bancstar Inc., St. Louis, Missouri.
This proposal, submitted under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 and Regulation Y, would allow the Rhineland, Missouri, company to grow its presence in the region.
