WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration announced an update to the adverse effect wage rate for temporary or seasonal nonimmigrant foreign workers. These changes apply specifically to individuals employed in the herding or production of livestock on the range under the H-2A program.
