WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (TNSFR) -- The Robert S. Peabody Institute of Archaeology, Andover, Massachusetts, has completed an inventory of Native American human remains and thousands of associated funerary objects, establishing a cultural connection to the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah). The institute finalized this assessment in accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
