WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management announced the availability of a draft supplemental environmental impact statement for oil and gas leasing and development within the Bakersfield Field Office in California. This document follows the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
