WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration is considering a proposal to permanently close the Indianapolis Downtown Heliport and change 5.36 acres of land from aeronautical to non-aeronautical use.
