WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is seeking public feedback on a continuing information collection project regarding aviation activity illness and death reporting. This data collection initiative is intended to prevent the introduction or spread of communicable diseases into the U.S. or between states.
