WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation regarding the importation and sale of wearable devices that allegedly infringe on multiple patents.
The action follows a Dec. 15, 2025, complaint filed by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Korea, and Samsung Electronics America Inc., Englewood, New Jersey, against Ouraring Inc., San Francisco, California, and Oura Health Oy, Oulu, Finland.
