WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has received a complaint regarding certain disposable and other closed-system electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) and their components. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 involving the illegal importation and sale of these products within the U.S.
