WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- At a Permanent Council meeting in Vienna, Austria, on Jan. 15, 2026, Ambassador Neil Holland, British Representative to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, endorsed Switzerland's leadership priorities for the coming year. Holland emphasized the United Kingdom's commitment to supporting Ukraine against Russian aggression and noted the importance of holding Russia accountable for information warfare and malign activities across Europe.
