WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is delegating authority to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to implement and enforce federal plan requirements for municipal solid waste landfills. This final rule applies to landfills that began construction on or before July 17, 2014, and have not undergone modification since that date.
