PIERRE, S.D. - On Tuesday, Governor Larry Rhoden will deliver his 2026 State of the State Address to a joint session of the South Dakota Legislature. This address will take place in the South Dakota House of Representatives at 1:00 pm CT/12:00 pm MT on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
