WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Air Force, in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration, announced a plan to prepare an environmental impact statement to assess the optimization of the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex.
