WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve a revision to the District of Columbia air quality operating permits program. The proposal seeks to update the fee structure for Title V operating permits to ensure the program remains adequately funded.
