WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved two key revisions to the Kentucky state implementation plan. These updates, submitted by the Kentucky Division of Air Quality on January 26, 2024, and February 15, 2024, certify that the commonwealth meets specific federal requirements for the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide national ambient air quality standard.
