Washington, D.C. Today, Rep. Jen Kiggans (VA-02) released the following statement following the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) announcement that all 50 states will receive awards under the Rural Health Transformation Program, including nearly $190 million to Virginia.
