WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency has extended the public comment period for a proposed rule regarding the disposal of coal combustion residuals from electric utilities. The agency has pushed the original deadline of January 7, 2026, to February 6, 2026.
