EPA Pushes Back Water Deadlines to Protect Grid Reliability

WASHINGTON, Jan. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced in a final rule that it is extending certain compliance deadlines for coal-fired power plants, citing what it characterized as an extraordinary surge in nationwide energy demand.
