WASHINGTON, Jan. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Agricultural Marketing Service is amending the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to decrease the value assigned to imported cotton, according to a direct final rule published in the Federal Register.
