WASHINGTON, Dec. 24 (TNSFR) -- Kansas State Historical Society, Topeka, has completed an inventory of Native American human remains and associated funerary objects and determined that they are culturally affiliated with the Kaw Nation and the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma. The determination was made under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act following consultation and a review of archaeological, historical, and geographic information.
