WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 (TNSFR) -- The University of California Riverside campus has announced its intent to repatriate Native American cultural items under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act following the completion of an inventory and consultation process. The notice, published in the Federal Register, states that the university has determined a cultural affiliation between the identified items and the Cahuilla Band of Indians.
