WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 (TNSFR) -- The Peabody Essex Museum, Salem, Massachusetts, has completed an inventory of associated funerary objects and determined a cultural affiliation with Hui Iwi Kuamoo in Hawaii. The action is being carried out under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act and concerns three burial-related objects originating from Hawaii that are currently held in the museum's collections.
