WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 (TNSFR) -- The Gilcrease Museum, Tulsa, Oklahoma, has completed an inventory of Native American associated funerary objects and determined cultural affiliation with the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma. The action, carried out under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act, involves more than 3,000 funerary objects recovered from numerous archaeological sites across Arkansas and curated for decades as part of the museum's collections.
