WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System has received a request from Fulton Financial Corp., Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to acquire Blue Foundry Bancorp, Rutherford, New Jersey.
The application, filed under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, seeks authority for the Pennsylvania company to take control of the assets and voting shares of the Rutherford-based institution.
