WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System reviewed a proposal from a group of investors to increase their ownership in Whitcorp Financial Co., Leoti, Kansas. The move would allow the group to acquire additional voting shares and broaden its influence over the parent organization of two regional lenders.
