WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has stripped David Halvorson, a physician from Alabaster, Alabama, of his authority to prescribe controlled substances following the revocation of his state medical license.
The decision follows a move by the Medical Licensure Commission of Alabama to revoke Halvorson's state medical license on June 6, 2025.
