BIA: Dry Creek Rancheria Band Gains Authority Over Land Leasing

WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs approved a revised leasing ordinance for the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians. This decision grants the tribe the power to manage business leases on its trust lands without seeking further approval from BIA.
