WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission has permanently debarred Q Link Wireless LLC, Dania, Florida, from the Federal Lifeline Program and all other federal universal service support mechanisms.
The enforcement action follows a guilty plea from the company regarding a conspiracy to defraud the United States through wire fraud and theft of government funds.
