WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 (TNSFR) -- The Surface Transportation Board issued a notice seeking nominations to fill three vacancies on the Railroad-Shipper Transportation Advisory Council (RSTAC).
The openings include two positions for large shipper representatives and one for a small shipper representative.
Established by federal law, the council provides advice to the agency's chairman, the Secretary of Transportation, and several congressional committees.
