WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of War (formerly the U.S. Department of Defense) Defense Security Cooperation Agency announced a proposed sale to Argentina for equipment and services to support two dozen F-16 aircraft.

The deal carries an estimated value of $941 million and focuses on enhancing the operational readiness of fighter jets obtained through third-party transfer.
