WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Trade Commission has reached an agreement with the Boeing Co., Crystal City, Virginia, and Spirit AeroSystems Holdings Inc., Wichita, Kansas, to settle allegations that their proposed merger would stifle competition in the global commercial and military aircraft markets.
