WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission announced its determination to maintain existing trade protections on quartz surface products imported from India and Turkey.
Following a five-year review process, the ITC found that removing current antidumping and countervailing duty orders would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the U.S. industry within a foreseeable timeframe.
