CDC Reopens Request for Information on Infections Among Spinal Cord Injury Patients

WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reopened a request for information (RFI) to gather feedback on catheter-associated urinary tract infections in patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injuries.

CDC is seeking additional input to better understand the health burden of these infections and how they affect reporting within the National Healthcare Safety Network.
