ITC Launches Investigation Into Vaporizer Patent Infringement

WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission announced that it has started an investigation into the importation and sale of vaporizer devices and cartridges. This action follows a complaint filed by JUUL Labs Inc. and VMR Products LLC.

ITC is looking into allegations that imported products infringe on two specific U.S. patents: the '722 patent and the '981 patent.
