ITA Identifies Noncompliance in Mexican Sugar Trade Agreement

WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration announced that while the agreement suspending the antidumping duty investigation on sugar from Mexico met statutory requirements, a major producer failed to eliminate required dumping margins.

The findings stem from an administrative review covering the period from Dec. 1, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023.
