WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration announced that while the agreement suspending the antidumping duty investigation on sugar from Mexico met statutory requirements, a major producer failed to eliminate required dumping margins.
