WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration announced that it is partially revoking antidumping and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China. The decision specifically excludes off-grid solar panels used to power single low-voltage devices.
