WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 (TNSFR) -- The Library of Congress Copyright Office has issued a final rule creating a group registration option for two-dimensional artwork to support prolific visual artists. Beginning Feb. 17, 2026, creators can register up to 20 works published within a single calendar year through one online application.
