WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System has received a filing by Justin Byrd and several family members to join the Byrd Family Control Group to retain voting shares of West Tennessee Bancshares Inc. that would allow the group to maintain its influence over the company and its subsidiary, Bank of Bartlett, both of Bartlett, Tennessee.
