WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposal to modify Class D airspace and establish Class E airspace over Chandler and Phoenix, Arizona. The action follows biennial airspace reviews intended to support instrument flight rule operations and ensure compliance with agency orders.
